Hello Potential Donor,
I hope you’re doing well! I’m excited to share that I’m participating in the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Leadership Links program this year. As part of this initiative, I’ve committed to giving back to my community and people in need by raising funds for the Team Colton DIPG Foundation and the Liberty National ACE Grant. All donations will be split 50/50 between the two organizations.
The Team Colton DIPG Foundation was created to provide financial assistance to families who have children with the inoperable brain tumor known as DIPG. In 2018, our community mourned the loss of Colton Ritchie who suffered for two years with this terrible disease. His family created the foundation to help families with DIPG pay for everyday expenses such as travel and lodging and to increase involvement and awareness to help find treatments and ultimately a cure.
The Liberty National ACE Grant, provides financial assistance to young men and women who aspire to earn a college golf scholarship through competitive junior golf. The grant has made it possible for me to travel and compete amongst the best junior golfers in the United States. Without this grant, it would not be possible for me to participate in these tournaments to receive the attention and recognition necessary to earn college golf scholarships. It is important to me to raise money and support this organization so other young men and women, who otherwise would not be able to afford it, continue to have the same opportunity that I have been given. I am grateful for the opportunity and will do my very best to ‘pay it forward’.
These causes mean a lot to me and I feel it is very important to help people in need and to ‘give back’ when you can. My goal is to raise $1000 by December, and I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful difference.
