About the Philly Cup

The Philly Cup is an annual fundraising event established in 2022 by Hunter Stetson and Jack Yearley. Its goal is to raise funds for three impactful organizations: Horizons at EA, the Middle Atlantic Blind Golf Association, and the AJGA’s Liberty National ACE Grant Program.

In 2025, the event will be hosted by Hadley Stetson and Liam Crowley.

Since its inception in 2003, the AJGA’s Liberty National ACE Grant Program has played a crucial role in supporting talented junior golfers needing financial assistance to compete in national tournaments, helping them secure college golf scholarships.

Event Schedule

All activities will take place at Merion Golf Club (West).

  • Sunday, May 18

    • 9:30 a.m. - Player Registration
    • 11:00 a.m. -Tee Times off No. 1
    • 5:30 p.m. - Philly Cup Reception & Awards Ceremony

About the State Cup Series

The State Cup Series is a distinctive junior golf event series that fosters the development of essential life skills, including charitable giving, leadership, and teamwork. Through participation, junior golfers deepen their understanding of the benefiting charities while also being recognized for their achievements.
