About the Mason Cup

The Mason Cup, now in it's 8th year, is a unique and fun junior golf event allowing competitive junior golfers the opportunity to showcase their golf talents while providing development in important life skills such as charitable giving, leadership and teamwork. Participants will gain a greater understanding and knowledge of the benefiting charities while being celebrated for their accomplishments.

Each junior accepted into the tournament field is required to raise at least $1,250 for the Mason Goodnight Foundation and the AJGA's Liberty National ACE Grant Program. 

Juniors will receive:
  • 2 PUMA shirts
  • 1 PUMA outerwear piece
  • a "bonus" gift from Cobra PUMA Golf
  • 1 Mason Cup hat
  • 1 dozen TaylorMade Golf Balls
  • Juniors who raise $2,000 will receive an additional gift valued at $200
  • Juniors who raise $3,500 will receive an additional gift valued at $350

Friday, October 17


9 a.m. - Breakfast available (juniors only)
9:30 a.m. - Practice facilities open
11 a.m. - Junior Am tournament (shotgun)
5:30 p.m. - Mason Cup player registration (juniors)
6 p.m. - Social activity / dinner (juniors and parents)


Saturday, October 18

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast available (juniors only)
8 a.m. - Practice facilities open
9 a.m. – Mason Cup First Round Tee Times off No. 1
*Boxed Lunches provided at the turn*
6:30 p.m.* – Mason Cup Celebration Dinner at the Bowling Green Country Club.


Sunday, October 19

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast available (juniors only)
8 a.m. - Practice facilities open
9 a.m. – Mason Cup Final Round Tee Times off No. 1
*Boxed Lunches provided at the turn*
3 p.m. – Awards and Closing Ceremony
