Family and Friends,
I am excited to play in the second annual Holland Cup at Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Rochester, New York! The Holland Cup is a charity invitational for elite junior golfers and apart of a unique junior tournament series called the Cobra Puma State Cup Series with the AJGA. This is part of the AJGA's Leadership Links program to further develop young men and women both on and off the golf course.
While I will get to participate in a really fun Ryder Cup style tournament with elite junior golfers to develop teamwork and leadership, I also get to learn the importance of charitable giving through fundraising for some very important charities. My goal is to raise at least $1,000 for the following charities:
Society for the Protection and Care of Children - this charity is focused on meeting the needs of children and families facing a variety of hardships and traumas.
The AJGA's Liberty National ACE Grant Program - is dedicated to providing financial assistance for juniors that have the ability to play golf at the national level, but lack the financial resources to do so.
The Charles Lea Center Foundation - this center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with disabilities and special needs.
The Holland Cup is September 6-8, 2024 at Cobblestone Creek Country Club in New York.
My goal is to raise at least $1,000 for these charities! Would you consider helping me reach my charitable fundraising goal for this tournament please?
There are two ways to contribute. You can:
1. Make a one-time online donation
2. Write a check payable to the AJGA (please include my name in the memo section)
- Checks can be mailed to: AJGA- Holland Cup, 1980 Sports Club Drive, Braselton, GA 30517
Thank you in advance for any support you can lend.
Love,
Lucius Niesen
