Hello Friends and Family,
I am excited to share that I was once again selected as one of 24 junior golfers to compete in the DC Metro Cup, a Ryder Cup style event featuring top junior players from our area. Thanks to your support last year, my team and I reached our goal and won the competition against a very strong team. This year our matches will be held at River Bend Country Club and Trump National Golf Club on November 8 and 9.
The event raises money for local charities and the Liberty National ACE Grant. Since 2003, the ACE Grant has helped talented junior golfers who need financial assistance compete in national tournaments and pursue college golf scholarships.
The DC Metro Cup is part of the AJGA Cobra PUMA Golf State Cup Series, which helps juniors build skills in charitable giving, leadership, and teamwork.
My personal goal is to raise $1,500. Any amount is truly appreciated, and all donations are tax deductible.
If your company offers donation matching, that process is usually very easy. Most employers have a simple online form where you just submit your donation receipt, and they take care of the rest. If you are willing to match, I am happy to help with any details.
All donations over $25 will be entered into a drawing to play a round golf with me at the Country Club of Fairfax.
