Dear Friends and Supporters,
I am excited to announce that I will be participating in the 4th annual Colorado Cup, held on August 15th - 17th at Columbine Country Club! This is a unique junior golf event that provides competitive junior golfers with development in important life skills such as charitable giving, leadership, and teamwork.
This year we are raising funds to support two incredible organizations: Colorado UpLift and AJGA's ACE Grant Program.
Colorado UpLift is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building long-term, life-changing relationships with urban youth in Denver and Aurora, Colorado. Founded in 1982, UpLift provides comprehensive, year-round programs that support students from fourth grade through high school graduation and beyond. UpLift has made a significant impact on over 100,000 students over 40 years. Students graduation rates soared to over 90%, compared to less than 70% for their peers. 84% of UpLift students transition to either college or career trade programs after graduation.
The Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant provides financial assistance to young men and women who aspire to earn a college golf scholarship through competitive junior golf.
