I am playing golf at the national level this summer, and I am excited to be part of the American Junior Golf Association’s Leadership Links program. This AJGA program helps junior golfers give back to charities important to us while also helping other junior golfers with the ability to play golf at the national level but lack the financial resources to do so.

In addition to the AJGA Leadership Links fundraise, I will also be raising money for the Rays of Light organization. Rays of Light is important charity to me because it is an organization that helps children with special needs in the Dallas area. Rays of Light is a program located at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church that provides special needs children with a free program that offers supervision and activities on a regular basis, which allows these kids to have fun and be themselves. I have chosen this program because I have a family member with special needs and I want to do my part in giving back through this organization.

All money raised will be split 50-50 between Rays of Light and the AJGA Liberty National ACE Grant program. Both programs are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
