I am so excited to raise money for The Alzheimer's Association and the Liberty National ACE Grant Program!

Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia which affects memory and cognitive abilities of a person.

Alzheimer's Association is an organization which is involved in care, support, research and advocacy for the disease.

This fundraiser is in memory of my grandfather, Madhukar Adi, who suffered from this debilitating condition

My goal is to raise $1,500.

Your donation will not only help support Alzheimer's Association but will also impact junior golfers through the AJGA - ACE Grant.

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
